Shipping & Returns


We use PBT for all our standard deliveries. Larger items such as safes will be delivered by the most economical means and this will quoted prior to your order being processed by us.Deliveries will be delivered in 2-5 days, or as stock availbility allows. SOme products are indent.

Parcels are tracked and require a signature for delivery. Please advise if nobody will be available to sign for your parcel. If we are requested to leave your parcel on site without a signature we will take the couriers advice of delivery, as proof of delivery.

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in New Zealand dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

International Orders

We can and do ship overseas using TNT Express. Freight will be quoted prior to your order being processed.
